I-485 Pre-Draft Agreement of Terms

I hereby agree to Immigration Support Services (ISS) preparing my I-485 forms and supporting documentation (including EAD and AP if requested) for the anticipated ability to file in October 2021. I agree to pay the full preparation fee(s) for this service AND understand that my I-485 petition and support documents may NOT be able to be filed if the visa bulletin does not progress enough to meet my priority date. If ISS prepares my I-485 and supporting documents for submission and the petition cannot be filed in October 2021, I understand that future fees may be required to complete updated, new, changed, or additional I-485 forms and processes for filing when my priority date is current and I-485 can be submitted to USCIS.
